- Sears transformation project – responsibilities include moving and upgrading the servers (from NT4 to Windows 2003) from the customer’s site to the new data center in Chicago.
- Moved all servers to a VMware environment on IBM blade servers to take advantage of the new technology
- Developed a Patch Management solution with in the Sears account including the deployment of HFNetChkPro v5.
